Great customer service

I had the most wonderful experience in the Crazy Store at Harbourbay mall in Simonstown last week when I was in need of a beach umbrella the staff were so helpful and went over and above to get one for me ,one of the ladies went to another Crazy store to get me one all within a half an hour ,that's what you call customer service.
