Going the Extra Mile
Being housebound, I looked at The Crazy Store online options for a gift for my great-grandson. I found the ideal option, but found they were out of stock. I used the webform to contact them and they arranged to get stock in from another store where the item was available. I received notice today that the item is in-store, waiting to be collected. Very appreciative of their service, and "going the extra mile".
