Excellent customer service from Crazy Store
Approximately six months ago I bought a fairly expensive dog bed from the Crazy Store in Hillcrest, Pretoria. It deteriorated slowly until the entire bottom had disintegrated and all the stuffing fell out. I contacted Crazy Store and made a complaint via their web page. Their response was instant. I sent them a photograph of the bed and was immediately informed to return the bed to Hillcrest and obtain a replacement or a full refund. Thank you, Crazy Store, for your excellent customer service.
