Excellent Customer Service
I would like to thank a Lady by the name of Ntombi from The Crazy store at Carnival Mall. I contacted the store looking for some items and she assisted me on the phone and confirmed the store has stock. I then sent my husband to collect as I am in Bedfordview to his surprise when he arrived at the store everything was already prepared for collection. Thank you so munch Ntombi, that is Customer Service. We need more people like you at your stores. God Bless
