Excellent customer service

I am so impressed with the service I received. I got a wine glass as a gift about a year ago. It had a unicorn on as I love unicorns. Unfortunately a couple months later it slipped out my hand and broke. On Monday 24 May 2021 I emailed the head office in Cape Town and asked them if they might have stock of the wine glass at another store as I have been to every store close to where I live. I said I would even pay courier fees if they found one as I know they might not as it was sold over a year ago. They found me one I'm Standerton. It was the last one left from all the stores. Armand Van Zyl drove all the way to Standerton to go fetch it for me and delivered it to Hetty Fraser who took it to the closest store to me. They didn't even charge me courier fees or any extra fees for driving so far to get the glass for me. They charged me the normal price for it. Thank you so much Hetty and Armand for going the extra mile to make a customer happy. Really excellent customer service.
