Earings causing infections

Extremely unhappy. This is second time I've bought silver and surgical steel stud earings from Crazy Store. One for my daughter and then for myself. After the 2nd day of wearing the earings they looked seemed corroded and left a black and dark crust on our ears causing an infection in our pierced ear lobes. The one set in fact stated was for sensitive ears. I find this extremely disappointing as there is clearly something not right with the materials being used for the earings. It also caused after effects of pain and discomfort and having to treat the infected areas. Also want to note that the earings were in a sealed box so we're only opened when wanting to wear them. This is extremely worrying
