DO NOT USE VOI PRODUCTS - POSSIBLE HEALTH HAZARD!!! - CRAZY STORE COMPLICIT
Voi antibacterial wet wipes destroyed the plastic on my TV. I contacted both Voi and Crazy Store, and their response was that the packaging is clear that these wet wipes should only be used in your skin! So the chemicals in the wipes eats plastic, but it is ok for my skin....
The packaging does not state that the wet wipes should not be used on plastic. It says in fine print that it "cleans and softens the skin". It has a picture of a woman pushing a pram on the front. Like billions of users across the world, I assumed if safe for baby, it is ok to use on my TV. By definition, a wet wipe is a single use moist cloth to wipe/clean something. The word wet wipe is written in big letters on the front.
Sorry Crazy Store and Voi, but I am not letting this rest here. I will be seeking legal advice. All I wanted was to be compensated for the loss I suffered (damages TV, few thousand Rand). But I will be looking at this in a different light, one where you are complicit in selling a product that is a potential health hazard to babies.
You told me you will be doing tests on the phone. Yet you backtracked on this, after I sent you pictures of the damage these wipes did to my TV. I truly hope for your sake that your QC department was right in ignoring this warning...

Benzalkonium chloride formulations for consumer use are dilute solutions. Concentrated solutions are toxic to humans, causing corrosion/irritation to the skin and mucosa, and death if taken internally in sufficient volumes. 0.1% is the maximum concentration of benzalkonium chloride that does not produce primary irritation on intact skin or act as a sensitizer.[42]
