Disgusting customer service from Nandipha

I have been a customer of The Crazy Store for many years, i love the prices and variety of items the store has to offer but i am disgusted in the service i received from Nandipha. I was on Holiday last week, i went into the store on the 19th June as i forgot our toiletry bag in JHB, i went into the store to look for a couple tooth brushes and other items, i walked around the store but could not find the stuff i needed, the lady Nandipha walked pass and i informed her i am struggling to find the toothbrushes can she help me, She looked at me like i was ******* firstly, she did not care to even greet me when i stopped her to ask for help, the dirty look she gave me made me really angry but i did not say anything, when i asked for the stuff, with an attitude she told me she is busy she will show me just now and walked away, while walking away she spoke in Zulu to other people (but they were not staff as they did not wear the uniform) and they all started laughing, she carried on talking Zulu and chatting with her friends while i am standing there waiting to be assisted, other staff members where working while she was having a good chat to her friends in the store while me as a customer needing assistance was waiting, she is dam rude and she has no customer service at all, i am disgusted in the treatment i received from Nandipha. She never did assist me, i ended up leaving all the stuff i had and walked out the store, Because of Nandipha i will never go into crazy store Margate again, i am so angry how she treated me, i expect this to be taken further or i will take this higher myself. She is arrogant and has no way of treating customers.
