Crazy Story Wingtip Montana Pretoria values honesty

It gives me please to bring tribute to the Crazy Store at Wing Tip Montana. I purchased a few things from this store on Tuesday 17 September. The sales lady was very friendly and helpful. I however thought to myself that it is amazing how a few items quickly amount up to a few hundreds of rand. With this thought in mind I left the store to finalise my toiletry shopping at Clicks. On my way back to the parking lot with the few parcels in hand, I heard a voice calling me. As I turned around, it was the very same sales lady from Crazy Store. She called me back to the store. I was worried that the payment might have bounced back. As I entered the store she showed me the copy of my till slip indicating that I have paid R53.41 for a plastic carry bag. The lady apologised over and over again, indicating that she made a mistake. She captured 109@49c carry bags instead of 1 x 49c. She called her store manager to refund the amount back to my card. While the store manager called their Head Office and rectified the amount she continued to apologise profoundly for the mistake. I requested her to relax because I realise that we are all human. At least she had the decency to call me back and to rectify the matter without me having to come back to the store at a later I place a huge premium on honesty and I would like to convey a true word of appreciation to this sales lady. Thank you so much. (I unfortunately lost my till slip with the cashiers name. It is such a pity that I am therefore even unable to thank her by name)
