crazy stores dishonesty
i purchased goods from ottery,crazy store the staff said their card machines are faulty (knowing that the cards are faulty and people had to come with their bank statements) they took my money(card) anyway.my transactions went twice through i could see on my phone.now they want me to go to bank and get a three months bank statement which costs 25.00 a page.Can you be so dishonest??? im so ****ed i have to waste my money on their sloppy service,what happened to the customer is always right? and knowing that their machines are not working they took my money anyway, very disappointed.
