Crazy store Morning Glen Fatima

Yesterday I made a purchase at crazy store in Morning Glen shopping centre. I left the store and found the same purchase at one third the price. So I immediately walked back and returned. There was one person serving at the counter and the customer had 3 kids blocking path. I walked in 2nd isle and around to get to back of the line. The manager came to process my return her name is Fatima and started yelling about why I didn't come directly to the counter. When I explained why, she was being persistent, aggressive and rude. This was unnecessary as I have the right to return. If store is not setup correctly this is not my fault. As a manager her attitude is bad. I would recommend she learns basics of service.
