Crazy Store in Umhlanga does not Welcome Standard Bank Card Holders!!!

If you plan on going to The Crazy Store at the Crescent in Umhlanga and will be paying using a Standard Bank debit card - DO NOT BOTHER SHOPPING THERE!!! Their speed-points do not accept Standard Bank debit cards and this problem has been going on for SEVERAL months now, their excuse is always the same "They've reported the problem" / "The machines do that sometimes" / "Can you not go to the atm to withdraw cash to pay?" / "Standard bank cards do that"... I've been patient for quite a while now until yesterday when I had no choice but to use another card and my overdraft facility because in desperation I needed the items I had chosen! I cannot be more appalled by their absolute laid-back approach to this matter and the fact that after all these months they still have not resolved this issue. This is an utter and complete lack of service delivery and a total disrespect for customers - I guess Standard Bank Card Holders are not welcome at the Store! I'm DISGUSTED to say the least.

 Thank you to the Area Manager, of The Crazy Store at the Cresent, Mr Preggie Maistry for taking the time to contact me and explain their situation with regards to this matter. He was sincere and honest about the problem and ensured me that this was being rectified, going the extra mile to provide an approximate date as to when the system would be running efficiently again and offering a voucher for the inconvenience.
