Crazy and high

Someone distributing pamphlets for The Crazy Store this afternoon in Claremont was extremely rude and intimidating - doing his utmost to force a pamphlet into my vehicle when I took umbridge to his plastering my back window with same - he was certainly high. I am an older woman who was alone - how is it that a man of his calbre - aggressive and with no respect for the public is tasked with this responsibility - basically a **** and obviously inebriated or high. He was extremely confrontational and insistant and when I said I would report him he tried to hide behind a vehicle - the driver - seeing what was afoot pulled his vehicle back but I wasn't able to get a clear photo as I was afraid for my safety. Another man actually shouted the culpret down - had the two not intervened who knows what might have transpired.
