Check items prior to purchase

I bought two pet beds at the Somerset Mall branch thinking they have zippers as the one checked in the shop did have. The following week I went to wash the covers and found there were no zippers. On contacting The Crazy Store regarding this, I was told that there was old stock without zippers and I would not get a refund or replacement. Bad customer service!!
