Cashier bad service

Just had a bad experience of customer service, in The Crazy Store Musgrave Centre today a very rude cashier Winnie Nyatatza. She was assisting me as was making payment for the items I bought and she looked disgustee to serve me, she turned the payment machine to me when I tried to put in my pin nothing was happening, I asked her why doesn't it key in the pin she ignored me at first I asked again and she turned the card machine to her and did what she was suppose to do at the first place when I asked her why she didn't do that she was harsh in response 1nd said I thought you knew. I just told her she must not be rude instead she should show me nicely but she kept on talking back with a very bad attitude. I don't think I will use Musgrave Centre crazy store ever because of Winnie Myatatza. Bad horrible customer service
