Best Service Ever.... Outstanding 👌
I'm a regular customer at crazy store in herm****. I own various businesses in overberg area and always buy my stationary needs and toys for my grandchildren in the herm**** branch. I've come into that store at least twice a week and have noticed there is a new manager in that store. What a friendly and professional young man he is. He assisted me on different occasions and I am so impressed with how he deals with his customers.
Today again I was I the store. The manager Rayno was at the entrance greeted me with such joy in his voice and offered me a basket which I've never ever received at the branch in the Mall. He showed me to the toys area and helped me choose items for my grandchildren. What a wonderful experience.
Crazy Store should hire more managers like him in the business. I will gladly shop there everyday if I could just to get that joy and friendly attention from him. WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!!
