BADLY HURT AT CRAZY STORE NORWOOD

SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING!! My friend was in their store last Wednesday and a big metal shelf fell onto her foot- besides the staff in the actual store who were very caring- we have called their Head Office in Cape Town- been put through to different departments- and even though I have called a few times per day EVERYDAY since- we have had ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE!! Het foot is black and swollen- and she has been battling to walk on it.. it has also affected her back- as she suffers with back issues.. DISGUSTING THAT THEY HAVE NOT REP**** OR RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS!! I will NEVER STEP FOOT INTO A CRAZY STORE again!!
