Bad service, bad attitude

Good day It was my first time at THE CRAZE STORE Mangaung Lemo mall and the treatment from one of the stuff wasn't not impressive and unprofessional.

When I inter the store there was a lady waiting between the shelf as if she is waiting to assist client that are coming in, only to fund out she is busy with her cellular chatting, I had to ask her make way for me as she was blocking the passage while busy chatting, she didn't see me coming because she was looking down on her cellular, she did allowed me to pass and went back to her chatting .

Just few steps behind her i saw board which i didn't know what is it for and i called her to assist me, I called like "hello..hello..hello" only on the third hello she looked back without coming to me or say how can I help you or what is it!!? She reply with a straight face .."BOARD".. and I ask again ..yes it’s a board but for what ma’am? she rep**** "it’s a board that you use when you go to the beach is called boogie board can't you see? immediately after her answer she turn around to proceed with her cell phone. I didn't have words I just kept quiet and keep looking as I was looking for small pool for my daughter.

As i was walking in the store i meet the gentleman who did a wonderful job by assisting me he showed me the pool and I asked him if they sell monopoly he said no and I ended up buying game giant mat (Ludo).

As i proceed to the till to pay for my ludo i saw that the cashier is that same lady who wasn't helpful to me and still she is helping customers maar she is serious, she doesn't smiley or just to be friendly to customers.

I was the third person on the queue, when i arrive at the till i greeted her and she greeted me back but without looking at me in the face, still serious and with attitude.

I asked her"Ma'am is there anything wrong you have been serious since i came in to the store"? And she rep**** "WHAT DO WANT ME DO WHEN I AM SERIOUS IS NOT YOUR BUSINESS" with an attitude and i said to her if u don't know what to do when you help customer that means something is not right in this store.

I mean really,, how come a grown up like her doesn't know customer service and what criteria are they using to when employ their stuff?

Her name is Palesa and she really need training otherwise THE CRAZE STORE will have serious problem.
