Bad service

Im so dissapointed i was at crazy store woodlands bloemfontein the is a dark short lady who speaks afrikaans excellent, in front of me the was a white lady who wanted to pay for her items then she asked to be assisted as we where standing their without being help as she was busy playing on her phone then she did help that lady after that she (swear / vloek) that lady in Sotho langauage i was so ****ed and left all my items their cause she was going to do the same after she assist me

My suprise is not the first time i shop their and she is always on her phone without helping i dont know if u allow people to play with their phones while at work
