bad attitude and bad customer service

gooday<br> <br> i had a very bad experience today at the crazy store quagga centre in pretoria west<br> <br> there was one cashier at the tills, which i did not have a problem with cos it was not busy then while i was waiting on the queue to be assisted a white man jump me and stood in front of me and when evans(the manager) came i tried to explain to him about it and he just ignored me and helped the white man infront of me and after assisting him i tried to tell him that i was actually first on the queue,however he ignored me and closed the till and left me hanging there <br> <br> his only responds was the music is playing loud he cant hear a thing i am saying\<br> <br> as a manager he failed to listen to me and try to make me feel valued as a client and if there is a policy in the store that states that only white people will be help first even if there are other customers waiting long on the queue they must state it"
