Appalling Service At Crazy Store Parklands Main Road

Good day to you,

I write this review with a huge concern pertaining to the attitude I received from one of your employees at the above mentioned store.

I went to your store on Friday the 8th of April just before 5.30pm to source party packs for my son's birthday party. After waiting patiently as I perused the shelves (your two employees were chatting away about personal issues just by the "staff only" door). When they were done I proceeded to ask the one lady if there were any other packs at the back as the ones on shelf were only four of different colors, she said no, I then tried to ask for more info and even asked if there was somewehre nearby I could go to? She looked at me and said in Xhosa " Tshini, andisebenzi khona mos" (Huh, do I look like I work there for those stores?) she then proceeded to walk away and then decided to sweep the floor in my direction. I was shocked to say the least and told her that there is no need to be snappy and that I will be reporting you because you shouldn't be in customer service if this is the service that you provide. She then rolled her eyes and continued to sweep on.

Luckily at that moment on the bottom shelf tucked away in the corner were other party packs. Her one colleague apologized for her behavior when I proceeded to pay.

It has to be engraved in your employees' minds that a place of work is not their home. I am utterly disappointed as it just ruined the whole experience of the Crazy Store as I have been purchasing various items over the years at your different branches across the Tableview area.

I trust this will be attended to as I will still call the head office about this should I not receive feedback.
