Amazing service at Crazy Store Hillcrest

I had the best experience at The Crazy Store in Hillcrest Pretoria on the 30th of October 2020. I was having a really bad day and the assistant from the store (Jabulile) could probably tell by the whining I was doing on the phone. I arrived at the store as they were about to close and I was buying a gift for my nephew for the next day. Stressed out because of the million things I still had to do, I asked her were I could getting wrapping paper, and she laughed and said but they are right there next to you (they were literally at the till under my nose). She told me that she'll offer me one less thing to worry about and said she could wrap the gift for me as a courtesy. I was pleasantly surprised as we dont get service like that anymore, more so not when the store is about to close. As she was wrapping, her colleague (I forgot her name) came through with some ribbons to decorate the gift. These 2 staff members are a gem, I was highly impressed with the extra mile they took.!!
