Outstanding service in regards to book orders

Posting this here as a way of thanks, I ordered some books from them, 2 of which were not currently in stock. They updated me regularly regarding the progress of my order, including dates at which my order would move to the next stage. My books were dispatched when promised and I received it within two business days.
