Paid for Semester 2 2026 - Received NOTHING - Zero Communication from Charter Quest*
Paid for Semester 2 2026 - Received NOTHING - Zero Communication from Charter Quest* I am extremely disappointed with the service from Charter Quest. I paid for the Semester 2 2026 videos and to date, I have not received a single thing that I paid for. I have tried to contact them via phone calls, emails and WhatsApp on multiple occasions and have received no response. I am simply being ignored after they have taken my money. When I did manage to get hold of someone, I was kicked back and forth among the staff with no one taking responsibility and no resolution. What makes it worse is that they gave me access to previous semesters which is NOT what I purchased. I specifically paid for Semester 2 2026 videos. As a last resort, I informed them a day in advance that I would be forced to leave a bad review if this was not resolved. Even then, nothing happened. No call, no email, nothing. Paying for a service and being completely ignored is unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and customer care is shocking. I will not be using Charter Quest for any future exams and I would advise others to think twice.
