WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!

Worst Experience Ever. We bought Ink Cartridges from them in January. 2 of the inks were faulty. We did return them. After numerous mails - no response. In June they have promised to replace the faulty Cartridges. After numerous mails - no response. In August they have promised to refund us. We are now in September still no refund or replacement. Do nor order from this company, THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I am going to open a *****/theft case. This has been a 9 month issue, and without any success!!
