Theft!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!Shocking how this business operates. Ordered cartridge on 9 April 2026...I still have no cartridge it is 7 May 2026!!!! They dont want to give me a refund....in essence they are *****ing from customers and the employees lie to the customers every day just to prolong the process and keep them quiet until the next phone call. Managers and accounts never available to speak to. Can something be done to companies like this????
