The Cartridge Guy took my money!!!!

I ordered a cartridge from the Alberton branch on the 30th of October. The cartridge was paid for on the same day and it was to be delivered to my home in Cresta- just 17kms away!!. After following up on the 6th November I was advised that it would be delivered by the latest on the 8th November!! On the 10th November I phoned in to find out where the delivery was and was advised that they didn't have stock and I would be refunded!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is now the 20th November and despite repeated phone calls from me and promises of payment it has not happened!!
