The Cartridge Guy not delivering as promised

12 February 2025 I sought for a HP 150 A cartridge online and came upon The Cartridge Guy. They marked the cartridge in stock and received my EFT payment. A week later someone called me and said they unfortunately do not have the cartridge. She advised me to not take a generic cartridge as my printer is brand new. That was already causing my brows to lift. She said I must send her the proof of payment and and proof of bank account letter and they will refund me into my bank account. I am a SASSA pensioner and the cartridge took half of my pension. In the mean time I had to buy another cartridge because I need it. They promised me on the 17th of February 2025 that they will immediately refund my money for the amount of R1199. I afterwards spoke to numerous persons making promises of a refund but no refund was ever done up till now. One lady claim to be the supervisor and promise to have the refund done on 6 March 2025. I haven't received my refund yet and each time they ask for the same documents over again. I want to warn other people to not get trapped in the same situation. The day I placed and paid the order I called back in and ask whether they have received the payment and order. The confirmed positive and now I am still battling. Please tend to this immediately.
