The Cartridge Guy

Never use The Cartridge Guy. Sold me an HP cartridge that was expired and damaged and now refuse to refund my money as it fits in the machine. Head Office Lisa and Rose are rude and say they must follow procedure. Surely the procedure is to not sell inferior, clearly pirated goods. The poor staff member at the Blairgowrie Branch Precious has been nothing but outstanding.
