Terrible Service and Useless Management

Placed an order for toners end of Febraury 2026 and have been waiting ever since, call in and get given excuse after excuse as why they havent shipped yet. After being promised that the order will be shipped overnight, i was now informed that they actually dont even have the stock yet. No manager or owner is ever available to sort this out. Terrible service.

Been waiting a week for a refund, after they admitted they cant get the stock, after waiting a month with excuses.

Would love to know who the owner is as he seems to a ghost
