If I could rate them zero I would - worst experience ever and placed my order with them in good faith. Imagine my surprise to see that a number of other custores have also had bad experiences I have been witing since October last year for a promised refund of roughly R 1500 promises promises... so no printer cartridge received and R 1500 down - so that is either theft of ***** - its about time someone blacklisted this company altogether.
