RUN when you see THE CARTRIDGE GUY!!

This company doesn't even deserve ONE star. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Please be warned! DO NOT USE THE CARTRIDGE GUY! I ordered 2 cartridges on their website on 26 April 2025 and paid online. I received no invoice and the only reference on my bank statement was "Yoco The Car." After endless enquiries I eventually received an invoice on 5 May, but for the wrong cartridges. The incorrect order was delivered by The Courier Guy. I was informed that the product cannot be returned via the courier company, The Cartridge Guy needs to arrange a return. After numerous emails and phone calls to The Cartridge Guy, I still have two unopened cartridges which I cannot use (the wrong colour) - SIX MONTHS LATER! This company doesn't care about customer service or having a bad reputation.
