Refuse to refund and this is theft

Take your money and refuse refunds after 40 days of continuous follow up. Based on google reviews and Helo Peter this is a common thing and usually starting like this when a company struggles with cashflow and end up bankrupt. Im done with asking for refund and will take steps now! You list items in stock and after order placed then says item discontinued. Please dont tell me in response you are sorry about my experience and i should contact your support to get things fixed as you did nothing only keeps responding with you will follow up on refund process. 40 days???
