Please don't support this business

I bought a cartridge from this company which was advertised on their site. The then informed me that they didn't have stock and were unable to get stock. I then asked for a refund. Many phone calls and emails later, NOTHING!!! They say that refunds take 30 days to reflect. Are they banking from the moon? The cartridge is still advertised on their webpage after I suggested they remove it.
