Incorrect item sold but refusal to exchange it.

The Cartridge Guy sold me a drum for a colour laser printer instead of a printer toner cartridge - where I had asked for a black cartridge. They refuse to return the drum or swap it out for a toner cartridge. Their staff became confused, did not answer questions we asked and now will not exchange the item. Also, management cannot be contacted to address the issues.
