DON"T DO BUSINESS with THE CARTRIDGE GUY !

SHOCKING SERVICE & DECEIT from The Cartridge Guy.

Ordered a Cartridge with them and paid through their online portal on the 3 Feb 2024

On the 4th Feb 2024 I received a call from Lisa at The Cartridge Guy to say thanks for order which they have IN STOCK and will send it out the following week.

The Following Friday I again received a call from Lisa to say - sorry but we are awaiting stock of the cartridge... but they are expecting it and will then send to me.

On the 13th February 2024 I saw a refund into my account for this order - no apologies - no explanation - that's just shocking service and I would not recommend doing business with them.
