Do Not Buy Here: Stole My Money and Refuse to Pay Back.

23 Feb 2026 - I enquired on WhatsApp for a product and they confirmed availability.

26 Feb 2026 - I paid for the item, sent proof of payment and was informed they would confirm once ready for collection.

27 Feb 2026 - I enquired about my order and was informed they will get back to me regarding collection.

03 Mar 2026 - I followed up again and was told it would be ready the next day.

09 Mar 2026 - I followed up again and was yet again told it would be ready the next day.

10 Mar 2026 - I followed up and was now told they were waiting for a driver.

11 Mar 2026 - I followed up and this time I was just ignored.

16 Mar 2026 - I requested a refund and within 15 min was asked to provide banking details, which I did.

23 Mar 2026 - Followed up on my refund and was told they would follow up with some lady in Accounts.

30 Mar 2026 - Followed up and was told Accounts will update shortly.

31 Mar 2026 - I followed up and was told it will be processed on 02 Apr.

02 Apr 2026 - Called and spoke to someone called Lindo who promised to have it done the next day.

10 April 2026 - Spoke to the Lindo person again and she promised to have it processed the same day.

Its 15 April 2026 today and I still have not received my refund. I am not letting it go. I will keep escalating till they give me what's mine. To anyone looking to make a purchase from these guys, are suggest you don't I should've checked Hellopeter before spending my money on their products. They are ******!
