Cartridges spill ink dust on pages after little use.

Spent R2000 on my colour laser cartridges. Have hardly done much printing and now all pages are marks down the side if the page from where ink dust is spilling from cartridge. Sent an email a week ago- no reply. R2000 wasted as I have learned my lesson the hard way to buy original cartridges. Hopefully printer is not damaged.
