Watch out - The Capital Trilogy cannot be trusted

I pre-paid for accommodation and we had to vacate our room on 24th March due to the Lockdown. We fully understood and appreciated their predicament.They promised me a refund and again confirmed that they would do so via email but since then they ignore my emails. The amount they owe me is R22 405 and cannot merely be ignored and it leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. They can either not afford to repay me or they can just not be trusted.
