The Capital on Bath refund issues

I booked my client at The Capital on Bath for four days paid EFT and sent along proof of payment. When I went to check her in they said they had not received the funds yet and I needed to pay again for one night but I would get my refund for the 1 night payment the following day. I made the payment again when I went to go fetch my client and get my refund they told me I was misinformed and they were not able to make a refund. I was furious and canceled my client's stay at the hotel. I filled in forms for my refund for the four days, they told me it would be 14 working days. This all took place on the 22nd of MAY, now I am told that the refund papers I filled in and sent through were not procced correctly on their end and they only work on refunds on the 14th of JUNE, and from there it will take another 14 days for me to get my refund.
