I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

I had a horrible experience at this hotel and I would never recommend it to anyone. For the ridiculous price I was charged, I expected at least the basics to work — but that was not the case.

From the moment I walked in, things felt off. The plugs didn’t work, the bedroom TV was completely non-functional, and the overall condition of the room was far below acceptable standards. It felt like I was paying a premium price for a broken-down room.

When I raised these concerns with staff, the response was either dismissive or unhelpful. There was no urgency or willingness to resolve the issues I was facing.

This stay was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere unless they want to pay top price for zero value.
