Rude unapologetic staff/management

My husband and I started our honeymoon at The cape Royale luxury hotel, got welcomed by an extremely rude security guard who literally screamed at us. Nobody was able to assist us there and then with this matter, we were given an email address to contact rooms division. After doing so, when receiving a reply eventually, we were literally accused of wanting a free room where I had specifically stated that I want an apology for how badly we were treated upon arrival. Still after making it clear, no apology came.

This establishment is definitely not 5* in anyway. Nor is the staff or the management.

Even after providing them with a video of the way this security had spoken or should I say screamed at us, we got no simple I'm sorry from anyone in the building that is staff.

I will definitely be taking this further. They have no no people s****s whatsoever and they do not deserve to he listed as 5*.
