#blackfriday UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT AND SERVICE AT 1STAR CAPE ROYALE LUXURY HOTEL
#BLACKFRIDAY This has been the most unproffesional service that I have ever experienced from a place that's supposed to be a 5* hotel, it was more a 1*. Bought an exclusive luxury couples spa package for the value of R2400 on Wikideals. I will NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone!!!! What was supposed to be the most relaxing experience was quite the opposite where I had to do most the things myself like doing the body scrub myself etc. etc. The unprofessionalism of this place and its staff is an absolute disgrace to say the least. They could not even conduct themself professionally on the telephone. I cannot help to wonder if the owner is even in the country and if he/she is aware of the stuff going on there. The towels they use was not even clean. I was so grossed out by this experience, in my life NEVER AGAIN!!!

Very Dissapointed
Good day I made a booking for myself and my daughter for her 8th birthday at the Cape Royal for a beautiful Spa day . I called the hotel before the time to confirm the boofing in wich they confirmed availability for Saturday the 20th September @ 12 in the afternoon. I made my online payment and on arrival at the Cape Roayal on Saturday , I was told that someone was supposed to call me and advise me that they were closed. Imgine my disappointed. I had to uber to get there and paid R180 back and forth. I was not allowed in and there was no manager or reception to speak to . I was then left standing outside on the pavement and tried calling Wikideals , or the Cape Royal recevations to get clarity on this matter. I was so humiliated and disgusted by this experience. I could not get through to the Wikideals contact number and calling the Cape royal I only got through to someone who did not have answers for me. The main contact number did not even ring. Was I being ****med ???? you should be ashamed. Please can someone contact me as I don’t want to take this any further then necessary. Please see my attached reservation email Natasha @ ***
