You can cancel all you want but they will still debit your account
I joined the box fashion last and this on the 23 January I called to cancel my subscription - do you think they cancelled? No, they put it on hold and then after 1 month they debit your account. I want my money back - I told them that I would call them back if I want to join. This is unfair and I am going to report this to the ombud.
