I received my box, as usual, nicely prepared and sealed as it comes every time. It had everything inside. It had two sets of earrings that were supposed to be there. 1 of the pairs was loose and I did not want to lose it. I immediately emailed the box and explained the issue. It was not a surprise that the box did not even wait for me to ask myself, "when are they going to respond?" The response was a new pair of earrings and it did not even take full two weeks.
