After having a membership for over a year, i asked them to put my membership on hold as i have other financial commitments to address. Today a gentleman with the name of Kyle phoned me from the landline *** - After acknowledging the fact that it was put on hold, and i explained that i cannot accept the current proposal to accommodate my situation, he continued with the sales pitch, i politely declined the new offer, he just dropped the call in my ear!
