I have cancelled my subscription via mail 5 nov 2021 and received confirmation they will stop the debit order yet money was taken yesterday. I want my money back you take without permission yet you tell me you dont refund. Bull**** i will go to consumer protector. Good day Hester,

We see that you gave us a call this morning. As confirmed, the deduction is not from our side and your membership with us was completely cancelled at the time of your request.

Seeing as this was purely a misunderstanding and the deduction is not ours, we would appreciate if you could please remove or change your review.
