UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
I received a phone call from one of the sales ladies asking if I would like to purchase a box.
I told her, repeatedly, that I DO NOT WANT IT.
As I am a client of Isabella Garcia, they already have my banking details.
And after I, repeatedly, told the lady that I am NOT INTERESTED, a debit order went off from my account.
The problem now is that the company "can't refund" me.
This is totally unacceptable!
You CANNOT just take money from anyonr's account without permission.
I asked the lady to send me our recorded discussion, I am still waiting for it!!
I would NEVER recommend anyone to just even speak to one of the consultants!
Unacceptable!!
