I was recieved with the warmest welcome the first time I joined then I had trouble when doing my selection I tried calling and could not get through so I cancelled my subscription because being a BBT generation I need to speak to someone for me to understand some of these technological things.Two months later I received a call from them enquiring were they went wrong This showed me that I was important to them and I got an email explaining step by step how to select and order even then they were available on the phone and explained that my previous calls were during holidays thus they could not respond as per my request to do so I'm very happy I was able to retrieve my welcome gift and My Box 🌹
