A BIT PRICY FOR THE SAME PRODUCTS I CAN BY FROM MR PRICE, ETC. AT A LOWER COST. ALL THE MATERIALS ARE NOT GOOD QUALITY. TO MANY HANDBAGS AND SUNGLASSES.

We pride ourselves in the quality of our products, and we’re sorry to hear that they did not meet your expectations! If any product delivered to you within the last 6 months is faulty or damaged, please send us an image of the product so that we can arrange a replacement for you.
Please rest assured that members receive products and membership benefits valued far higher than the membership fees paid towards them. The products in the Full Box option, for example, are valued at R1800-R2200.

We try to vary the item types in the boxes from season to season. While each Full Box will contain a bag, a bag can be anything from a handbag, weekender bag, tote bag, laptop bag, wallet, cooler bag – you name it! We also usually limit the season launches with sunglasses to once a year 😉
On top of that, we’ve even launched a Novelty Box option, containing novelty items and stationery that members can pick instead of the accessory options!
We go above and beyond to ensure that we provide the best products, benefits and value possible for our amazing members, and we apologise that you didn’t experience that. We hope that we get the opportunity to give you the true The Box Fashion experience in the future.
